SONGS FOR SUMMER:  St Mary's Church 14th July.  A performance by the Abbot Consort of Voices.  See separate ad.

HAWKEDON HISTORY TOUR:  Evening of 18th July.  The Bury St Edmunds branch of the Suffolk Family History Group will be visiting Hawkedon for a walk round the village hearing about the history of Hawkedon, the houses and church, and some of the people who lived here. If anyone in the village is interested in tagging along, please contact Judy Wilson. There is usually a nominal charge of a couple of pounds.
