HAWKEDON PARISH COUNCIL ANNUAL MEETING

The Hawkedon Parish Council met via video conference on Wednesday 10^th June for the Annual Meeting. This meeting is primarily held to review the ‘Annual Governance and Accountability Return’ (AGAR) for 2019/2020. The report is prepared by the Parish Clerk for approval by the councillors, and includes a summary of the accounts for the year along with statements on how the Parish Council ensures the correct controls are in place. Having been approved by the councillors, the AGAR will be audited prior to being published.
