The
defibrillator is installed on the wall of the Village Hall, and is
now more or less paid for – so at long last we stop talking about
it! However, a big thank you must go out to all of those in the
village who have been generous with both their time and money in
support of the project. In particular, special mention must go to
Jane O’Connell whose numerous collections at the Queen’s Head,
raising a total of £640, gave the project the impetus it needed.
PLEASE
PLEASE do take the five minutes required to make yourself familiar
with how a defibrillator works, even if just to take away the fear of
turning it on. The best way to do this is by clicking HERE to follow a link to a YouTube video. Also scroll down for further information - you probably will never need it, but if you do you will be glad you took the time.
